It can be sent to your chosen address (home, office, etc. and never to a mailbox) of your choice.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you can see the current status of your order in real time. To do so, go to the Orders & Returns section of your account.
What is the delivery process to home?
If you have chosen a home delivery, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been sent (when your order leaves the warehouse), another tracking number (with a link to the courier's website), and finally the courier will send you a text message a message or an email to let you know about the delivery.

Each return must take place within 1 month of the confirmation email.

Where can I find my cash receipt?
You can find it attached to the messages you receive via email after sending your order or on the My Account tab by entering your purchase details.
Remember that it is mandatory at each return. You can show it on the screen of your mobile device or print it out.
Can I retain the original item after I have requested an online return?
No. In the event that 14 days have elapsed since the date of return request and we did not receive the original items, the amount will be collected by the original payment method.
Can I return any item?
Yes, as long as it is in perfect condition and with the relevant documents.
When will the refund for my returned item be refunded?
The amount will be refunded to you by the same payment method used on your purchase within about 10-14 days, depending on your bank.
